Host of three NASCAR Series races, the Auto Club Speedway, formerly known as the California Speedway, is located in Fontana, California, and is the only track owned by International Speedway Corporation. Similar in nature to its sister track — the Michigan International Speedway — the Auto Club Speedway is relatively newer; having opened in early 1997.
